You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase services on FunImagination. While our content is designed for children, the account creation, generation process, and payment must be handled by a parent or legal guardian.

3 AI-Generated Content & Disclaimers

FunImagination utilizes third-party Artificial Intelligence technologies (including, but not limited to, Large Language Models and Image Generation models) to create stories, illustrations, and voiceovers.

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Accuracy and Appropriateness

AI technology is experimental and can be unpredictable. FunImagination does not guarantee the accuracy, coherence, quality, or appropriateness of the content generated.

No Liability for Output

FunImagination is not responsible for any text, images, or audio produced by the AI. This includes, but is not limited to, hallucinations, factual errors, potential biases, or unexpected visual artifacts.

User Discretion

It is the user's responsibility to review all generated content before showing it to children. We provide the tools, but you are the final editor.

Similarity

Due to the nature of AI, it is possible that similar images or storylines could be generated for other users based on similar prompts.

4 Payments and Refund Policy

No Refunds

Because our service involves the immediate utilizing of expensive computing resources to generate custom digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Acknowledgment

By clicking "Generate," "Buy," or "Subscribe," you waive your right to a refund, even if you are dissatisfied with the artistic style, narrative direction, or voice quality produced by the AI.

5 User Conduct

You agree not to use FunImagination to generate content that:

Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful.
Depicts sexual violence or explicit sexual content.
Promotes self-harm or violence against others.
Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., asking the AI to generate copyrighted characters like Mickey Mouse or SpongeBob).

We reserve the right to ban any user found violating these content guidelines without a refund.

6 Intellectual Property

Your Inputs

You retain ownership of the specific text prompts you input into the system.

The Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, FunImagination grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, and print the stories you generate for personal, non-commercial use (unless a commercial license is explicitly purchased).

Platform Rights

FunImagination retains all rights to the underlying software, design, code, and proprietary algorithms used to provide the service.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FunImagination and its creators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:

Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.
Any content obtained from the service, including offensive or illegal content generated by the AI.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8 Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party API providers for text, image, and voice generation. We are not responsible for service outages, downtime, or policy changes by these third-party providers that may temporarily affect FunImagination.
